Requirements
- Excellent phone/customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task at a very high level
- Strong computer skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with EMR software a plus (eCW preferred)
Responsibilities
- Answer multi-line telephone and direct calls to appropriate personnel and take accurate messages.
- Provide excellent internal and external customer service. Create a positive experience for patients through professional and courteous behavior.
- Maintain knowledge of Bloom's departments and daily schedules.
- Use an EMR to look up patients and verify identity
- Respect diversity in the workplace.
- Assist with some administrative tasks
- Work in a fast paced environment
