- Previous call center experience (required)
- Strong, clear, confident phone presence

Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of both outbound and inbound calls
- Follow up with homeowners regarding remodeling inquiries
- Schedule consultations and support our sales team
- Maintain accurate records in our system
- Represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm
