The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Call Center Representative. The responsibilities include providing a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, supporting their branch and rental needs. This specific position will be working in the Call Center, communicating primarily through email. The Call Center Representative will also gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, customer assistance, and act as a rental back-up in a large airport branch. Qualified candidates must demonstrate honesty and integrity and remain committed to excellent performance while being driven and self motivated and supports diversity and contributes to an inclusive work environment. The pay for this position starts at $19.00 / hour. This position is located at Boston Logan Airport (BOS) - 15 Transportation Way Boston, MA 02128.
