About The Position
Hiring Bilingual (Vietnamese-English) call center representative in San Diego! Are you fluent in Vietnamese and passionate about helping others? We're looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients and families. 🔍 What You’ll Be Doing: Answering 60–80 inbound calls daily from patients, vendors, and medical facilities Providing exceptional service by listening, assisting, and resolving inquiries Scheduling and rescheduling appointments via phone, SMS, and patient portal Accurately routing calls and ensuring follow-ups are handled promptly Supporting patients with appointment changes and general questions Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless patient care Meeting productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment ✅ What You Bring: Bilingual fluency in Vietnamese and English 1+ year of experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional phone etiquette and a calm, empathetic demeanor Ability to type 35 WPM with 90% accuracy #WestPriority26 Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in Vietnamese and English
