Our systems operate in harsh coastal environments — salt air, wind, solar dependency, remote connectivity, and difficult access — where installation quality and rapid issue resolution directly impact uptime and the surfer experience. This is a high-impact hybrid role combining regional ownership, technical leadership, advanced troubleshooting, and selective hands-on field work. Under Surfline’s “Work from Anywhere” policy, this role can be based anywhere along the Central to Northern California coast, ideally near Santa Cruz or San Francisco, with regional travel required to support field work.
