YOUR CAREER OPPORTUNITY AT THE DUNES We are seeking Seasonal Full-Time Camp Counselors to join our dynamic Youth Camp program. If you love working with children, have a passion for engaging activities, and want to be part of a vibrant team, this is the perfect opportunity for you! As a Camp Counselor, you'll help lead children through a variety of fun, educational activities, including arts & crafts, sports, games, and team-building exercises. YOUR ROLE: SEASONAL CAMP COUNSELOR Camp runs Monday through Friday, June 8th through July 31st . As a Seasonal Camp Counselor , you'll be creating an environment where children can thrive, have fun, and grow. You'll guide campers through daily activities, including sports, arts & crafts, swimming, team-building exercises, fields trips, and much more. You'll ensure that each child is safe, engaged, and enjoying their time at the camp, while also fostering a sense of teamwork, respect, and responsibility. Your role also involves maintaining a positive and supportive atmosphere, communicating effectively with both children and parents, and ensuring that safety protocols are followed at all times. The goal is to help every child create unforgettable memories while making sure they have a great time and learn new things. What We're Looking For: Experience Working with Children: Prior experience in a camp, childcare, or teaching role is a must. Enthusiasm for Outdoor Activities: Enjoy spending time outdoors and leading children in fun and engaging activities. Positive Attitude & Role Model: You'll need to be energetic, positive, and a great communicator who can inspire kids and work well in a team. Responsibility & Leadership: Ability to take charge, ensure safety, and lead by example, all while maintaining a fun atmosphere. Availability: Must be available Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work throughout June and July. Requirements
