About The Position
Seneca Cambria East is looking for a seasonal Camp Crew Leader. This role involves overseeing seasonal housing operations and managing all paperwork for employees' daily check-in and check-out processes.
Requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Willingness and ability to work and function in a team environment
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Being bilingual in English/Spanish would be a plus
Responsibilities
- Completing paperwork for check-in/check-out in the housing facility
- Monitoring housing grounds and facilities to ensure safety
- Daily communication with the HR Department regarding any issues
- Coordinating transportation to/from locations
- Monitoring drivers and kitchen personnel
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
