We’re looking for a creative, hands-on marketer to drive client engagement and acquisition through digital-first marketing. You’ll craft compelling online content, develop automated email journeys, and help plan integrated campaigns that bring our brand to life across web, social, search, and other channels. Working closely with our agencies, internal teams, and compliance, you’ll ensure every digital touchpoint is clear, compliant, and designed to move prospects toward becoming clients.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage automated email journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, such as welcome series, educational sequences, and event follow-ups.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized Email Preference Center, ensuring emails are properly tagged, categorized and optimized with links, CTAs and preview text for consistent client experience.
  • Partner with stakeholders to streamline email workflows and improve findability/searchability across campaigns.
  • Create content that nurtures prospects into becoming clients and keeps existing clients engaged.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design campaigns that combine digital, social, events, and other channels.
  • Ensure every touchpoint — from initial ad or post to follow-up content — works together as part of a cohesive experience.
  • Provide input on search keywords based on client needs, market trends, and advisor feedback.
  • Incorporate priority keywords into web and content assets where appropriate.
  • Write compelling copy for emails, landing pages, website content, articles, and social media posts.
  • Ensure all messaging is aligned with brand standards and meets compliance requirements.
  • Work with media and creative agencies to bring campaign concepts to life.
  • Review targeting recommendations, creative concepts, and ad copy for alignment with goals and compliance.
  • Monitor campaign and email performance metrics.
  • Suggest improvements based on engagement and conversion data.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in marketing, ideally in consumer-facing financial services, insurance, or another regulated industry.
  • Proven ability to write engaging copy for a variety of digital formats.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM fundamentals and keyword research.
  • Strong organizational skills and a knack for managing multiple projects at once.
