The Supervisor position will be located in a higher education school setting. This person will be responsible for overseeing the daily/weekly processes and standards for the company dining services and the day-to-day operations of the commissary. Main responsibilities will be: Front of House cleanliness and standards, following Genuine standards for signage, leading a team to maintain health department standards, managing daily prep and ensuring all food safety & sanitation standards are being met.
