About The Position

Support the Campus Pastor and campus staff as a director-level leader by cultivating healthy systems, shepherding and developing volunteer and ministry teams, coordinating campus-wide initiatives and events, stewarding the day-to-day life of the campus, and serving as a bridge between the Campus and Central teams to foster unity, clarity, and shared vision.

• Strong communicator - able to inspire and motivate others to serve
• Outstanding organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities, dates, people, events etc.
• Excellent planning and coordinating skills for full cycle fulfillment of tasks
• Teachability and humility - pursuing feedback and coaching
