CAMPUS PASTOR
About The Position
Woodside Bible Church is seeking a spiritually mature and mission-driven Campus Pastor to provide leadership and pastoral oversight for the Farmington Hills Campus. This role is responsible for cultivating a welcoming, Christ-centered environment that encourages spiritual growth, discipleship, and meaningful community engagement. The Campus Pastor will shepherd the congregation through teaching, prayer, and pastoral care while overseeing campus staff and ministry teams. This leader will champion Woodside’s mission and values, foster leadership development, and guide attenders toward deeper engagement through baptism, membership, small groups, and serving opportunities. The Campus Pastor also works closely with central leadership to ensure strong ministry alignment, operational effectiveness, and healthy campus growth.
Requirements
- Meets pastoral leadership qualifications outlined in the Woodside Bible Church bylaws.
- 3–5 years of pastoral leadership experience, preferably in a multi-site church context.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relational shepherding skills.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree preferred in ministry, theology, or related field.
