The Chicago School is seeking a Campus Services Coordinator to play a vital role in shaping a welcoming, responsive, and solutions-oriented campus experience. This position serves as a primary point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and guests, helping create a campus environment that feels welcoming, well-supported, and responsive to community needs. The Campus Services Coordinator is a member of the Chicago Campus Operations team, which oversees the daily service, space, and facility operations that keep the campus running smoothly. In this role, you will help deliver consistent, high-quality campus services aligned with institutional standards. Our campus operates seven days per week, and this position may require evening and weekend coverage to support the needs of our community. Campus Operations functions as a collaborative team grounded in shared ownership. While each role has a primary focus, we work closely together and step in where needed to ensure a seamless campus experience particularly during peak periods, major events, or times of increased operational demand.
