Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent phone and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize deadlines
  • Strong computer and multitasking skills
  • Empathy, patience and a genuine interest in helping people
  • 18+ years of age or older
  • Eligible for employment in the United States
  • Ability to pass a background and reference check

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare/home care experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and CRM tools a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to caregiver applicants via phone, text, and email according to company standards
  • Perform phone interviews to assess candidate fit based on experience, availability, and alignment with company values
  • Clearly communicate the role expectations, qualifications, and company values
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and warmth to reflect our service focused culture
  • Assist incoming callers inquiring about caregiver positions or requesting updates in the candidate process
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate flow
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with applicants to ensure completion of hiring steps
  • Coordinate with eligible candidates to schedule orientation training
