We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Manager to oversee all procurement and inventory management activities across multiple cultivation and retail locations in the Spokane Valley area. Requirements

Must be 21 years or older.
High School Diploma or GED required; additional education in supply chain management, business, or logistics is a plus.
Previous experience in purchasing, maintenance, operations, or inventory management preferred.
Valid Driver’s License and ability to be insured under company policy.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with a solutions-focused mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with vendors and colleagues.
Proven leadership, team-building, and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management systems.
Capable of performing physically demanding tasks — including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing or sitting for long periods, and working in varying environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

Oversee all purchasing, procurement, and inventory management activities across multiple sites.
Source, track, and coordinate materials and operational supplies for cultivation, processing, facilities, and retail teams.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships — negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms to maximize value.
Implement and enforce efficient purchasing and inventory systems that promote accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
Collaborate with internal partners, including Accounts Payable, to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments.
Monitor inventory levels and material usage to prevent shortages and maintain proper par levels.
Maintain accurate cross-departmental tracking of materials to ensure accountability and transparency.
Train, mentor, and lead staff in procurement and inventory procedures to build a high-performing team.
Recruit, coach, and manage employees — fostering professional growth, accountability, and teamwork.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO 9001 certification standards, and operational safety protocols.
Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving opportunities to enhance overall performance.
Serve as a key operational leader supporting seamless daily operations across all facilities.
Support R&D and facility projects as needed to drive innovation and efficiency.
