About The Position

Mutual of America’s Summer Internship Program provides college students with hands-on corporate experience working with meaningful projects and assignments. Throughout the 8-week program, interns will not only have direct guidance from experienced leaders in their assigned departments but can have the opportunity to attend training classes and planned events with other interns.

Requirements

• Only accepting rising Sophomores (grad year May 2029) and rising Juniors (grad year May 2028).
• Must have a minimum overall 3.4 GPA.
• Must be able to commute to NYC 4 days a week (Monday – Thursday)

Responsibilities

• Complete a meaningful project over the course of the internship and present findings to team members and department leadership
• Support the Investment Management team with research, analysis, and day-to-day portfolio monitoring activities
• Assist in gathering and organizing market data, company information, and investment reports
• Participate in team discussions and gain exposure to the investment decision-making process
• Attend training sessions, professional development workshops, and intern program events
