Job Purpose To assist in the procurement of goods and services for Capital Procurement. Assists Engineering team with administrative procurement tasks, working alongside Corporate Procurement and Finance. In this position you will have the opportunity to: Support the engineering team procuring goods and services. Ensure all requisitions are compliant with LP policy. Team with key internal customers to meet their requirements for goods and services. Manage creation of PO’s, ensure all necessary approvals are documented and orders are placed/ shipments delivered on time. Ensure all items are accurately listed in the PO (aligned with quote, proposal, contract or PO request provided). Support GBS Management strategies and projects. Coordinate processes with accounts payable to facilitate enforcement of LP policy. Other duties or responsibilities not listed above may be assigned as necessary. What do I need to be successful?
