About the position
Capital Vacations is hiring an Outbound Marketing Agent for their Call Center in Branson, MO. This position offers a set schedule from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with one Saturday per month required. The company is experiencing rapid growth and offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus along with an attendance bonus for new hires. The role involves selling vacation packages over the phone to qualifying guests, assisting with inquiries, and determining guest eligibility based on qualification standards. This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Sell vacation packages over the phone to qualifying guests—NO COLD CALLING!
- Assist guests with inquiries about vacation properties and packages.
- Determine guest eligibility based on qualification standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional sales training to enhance your skills.
Requirements
- Customer Service or Sales Call Center experience (a plus!)
- A friendly, outgoing, and upbeat attitude
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport
- Basic PC proficiency and a commitment to maintaining high call quality
- A fast learner eager to expand knowledge and skill sets
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
- Must be able to pass a full background check.
