In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating capture activities from RFQ receipt through internal approval and submission, ensuring opportunities are well-organized, properly documented, and executed on schedule. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, collaborate with experienced technical and business leaders, and play a key role in shaping proposals and capture strategies that support Raytheon ELCAN’s growth. What You Will Learn: How to lead complex capture efforts from opportunity identification through contract award in a cross-functional, manufacturing-driven environment. Advanced cost modeling techniques, including supplier cost analysis, make/buy decision frameworks, and executive-level cost reviews. How to develop and execute Price-to-Win strategies that balance competitiveness, risk, and profitability. Best practices for assessing customer priorities, competitive landscapes, and differentiators to shape winning proposals. How to apply structured risk and opportunity management tools to inform leadership decision-making during capture gate reviews. Deep exposure to customer contracting requirements, proposal compliance, and internal governance processes.
