Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members.

Requirements

Experience as a Capture Manager leading and managing complex capture efforts within DoW or Intelligence Community
Experience with developing Cyber solutions for DoW and the Intelligence Community in the Cyber operational domain
Experience with executing all phases of capture efforts, including strategic planning, shaping, teaming, proposals, and competitive analyses
Experience with developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and partners
Experience in proposal development with organizations and program offices in the DoW with a variety of acquisition sizes
Experience with leading teams, working through others, and obtaining outcomes from various teams
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree

Experience with developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partners
Experience in briefing executive level stakeholders
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, time sensitive, and often multi-tasking environment

Possession of excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and business acumen skills
