Requirements

  • No prior automotive sales experience required; training provided

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best vehicle options
  • Conduct engaging test drives while demonstrating vehicle features, technology, and benefits
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, including financing options and required paperwork
  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics
  • Stay up to date on current promotions, inventory, and product knowledge
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
