ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Ability to successfully train, and coach staff, perform activities around employee engagement, and recognition. Performs shift supervision and assumes Site Manager’s responsibilities when needed. Perform and train all duties of CSR, S1, S2 positions in accordance with company guidelines and performance standards. Provides prompt, courteous customer service and professionally resolves customer issues. Ensure that customers are satisfied and that any inquiries, incidents and issues are resolved in a timely manner. Reports all incidents (employee or customer injuries, property damage etc.) to the Site Manager Ensure the site follows all approved safety procedures. Ensure the site follows all approved vehicle damage claim procedures. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Ability to have open availability. Ability to work opposite shift of Site Manager
