About The Position

Our Crew Members are responsible for providing an excellent customer experience
to all customers using our facility. They will ensure customer satisfaction by
providing a clean, dry, shiny vehicle to the customer in a safe, fast, and
friendly manner. Also help out by ensuring that the outside physical appearance
of site, equipment maintenance, and chemical and supply inventories are taken
care of.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred; previous customer service or sales experience required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; customer service oriented.
• Good accuracy and attention to detail. Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Able to multi-task.
• Able to lift, carry, push/pull up to 50 pounds alone. Regular use of ladder.
• Physical stamina to work long hours and have physical mobility to bend, kneel, stoop, squat, reach and stand/walk for long periods of time. Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Suggest and up-sell wash products and plans to customers; assist customers with menu options and payment.
• Observe and maintain lane and tunnel flow; perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to entering the tunnel.
• Processes point of sale transactions efficiently and with minimal error. Able to correct minor transaction errors. Safeguard cash; comply with cash and safe drops.
• Maintain and clean all areas of the car wash; maintain outside equipment and supplies.
• Perform preventive maintenance on the car wash equipment; notify management when malfunction occurs
• Work safely and report unsafe conditions or maintenance issues to management.
