About The Position

Waukesha State Bank is looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Card Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll provide over-the-phone support to both internal and external customers, assisting with debit card applications, account maintenance, and transaction inquiries. You'll play an important role in reviewing instant issue documents, evaluating new card requests, balancing general ledger and ATM/Mastercard reports, and completing daily and monthly reporting tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This position also provides the opportunity to protect our customers by monitoring for potentially fraudulent activity, contacting cardholders as needed, and assisting with disputes or fraud concerns while following regulatory requirements like Reg E. You'll help resolve errors with transactions, review customer limits for large-dollar purchases, and use internal controls to safeguard accounts.
