Detect and Protect: Perform detailed research to support fraud detection and trend identification. Keep Things Moving: Manage daily card file processing, including authorizations, settlements, and hot card reporting. Vendor Whisperer: Coordinate with vendors like Visa, MAP, Amplifi, and BDI on card-related issues. Compliance Guru: Provide expertise for compliance-related reviews and policy updates. Member Champion: Respond to escalated member inquiries and resolve complex card-related issues. Team Player: Train and support Card Services Specialist I and II team members. Project Pro: Participate in cross-functional projects related to card operations and fraud prevention.
