Requirements
- ARRT-R and licenses as required by State.
- BCLS (AHA) required upon hire and maintain current.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); required within 30 days of hire.
- Proficient computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a Cardiovascular Lab and/or Interventional Radiology; preferred.
- Cardiovascular technologist training program with emphasis in invasive cardiology and hemodynamic monitoring preferred.
Responsibilities
- Under the general direction of the physician (Cardiologist/Radiologist), will assist by scrubbing procedures and/ or monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data, as related to diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures performed in the cardiovascular lab.
- Certified to operate fluoro/pan with Fluoro CA license addendum.
- Ensures procedure room is adequately prepared for the procedure.
- Monitors par level of all instruments and supplies.
- Participates in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities and the training of new staff.
- Assists in all aspects of invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures.
- Prepares power injector and contrast medium.
- Injects contrast during procedures and monitors injector rates/ quantity of contrast administered during all procedures.

- The current compensation range for this role is $43.00 to $66.99.
- The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
