About The Position

The Cardiac Cath Lab at Morristown Medical Center is seeking a dynamic Nurse Manager to join one of the most advanced cardiovascular programs in the nation. This is a unique opportunity to lead operations in New Jersey’s highest-volume Cath Lab, supporting: Cutting-edge interventional procedures A robust regional cardiogenic shock program One of the largest structural heart programs in the country The largest electrophysiology (EP) program in the state We are expanding from 5 Cardiac Cath Labs and 4 EP Labs to 7 Cardiac Cath Labs and 6 EP Labs to meet growing demand and continue delivering exceptional care. Responsibilities

Direct and oversee daily operations of the cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology labs, ensuring optimal workflow and patient throughput.
Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and institutional healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of Cath and EP lab personnel.
Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.
Develop and manage the labs’ operating and capital budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings and resource optimization.
Implement and monitor quality assurance initiatives, including clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement.
Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, benchmarking, and adoption of best practices in cardiovascular and electrophysiology care.
Serve as a key liaison with hospital leadership, contributing to strategic planning and service line growth.
Champion innovation in cardiovascular care, supporting the development and execution of advanced procedures and technologies.
Support and expand the regional cardiogenic shock and structural heart programs through clinical leadership and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Oversee the expansion and integration of new procedure rooms to accommodate growing patient volumes and service offerings
