About The Position

We are seeking a qualified Cardiologist to join a reputable multi-specialty practice in Brooklyn for a remote role. This flexible 1099 contractor position is designed for physicians specializing in diagnostic interpretation, offering an excellent opportunity for both experienced cardiologists and recent graduates. You will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting cardiac diagnostic tests, contributing to patient care without direct patient interaction. Candidate needed for reading purposes only.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) specialized in Cardiology from an accredited institution.
• Must possess an active, unrestricted New York State medical license.
• New graduates are welcome to apply; experience in diagnostic cardiology or reading cardiac tests is a plus.
• Must have Hospital Affiliation.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiology.
• Proficiency in interpreting EKGs, echocardiograms, Holter monitors, stress tests, and other cardiac diagnostics.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent written communication skills for clear reporting.

Nice To Haves

• experience in diagnostic cardiology or reading cardiac tests is a plus

Responsibilities

• Interpret and provide diagnostic reports for cardiac tests such as EKGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, and Holter monitors.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and detailed documentation of all readings.
• Collaborate with referring physicians within the multi-specialty practice to support patient diagnosis and treatment plans.
• Maintain high standards of quality and compliance in diagnostic interpretation.
