Requirements

Office experience required; healthcare or home care experience is a plus
Caregiving or healthcare background is helpful but not required
Comfortable using computers, including Word, Excel, and scheduling systems
Calm under pressure, highly organized, and confident on the phone
Reliable, positive, and ready to be part of a team that depends on you

Responsibilities

Own the schedule — matching caregivers to clients and keeping shifts fully covered
Communicate with families, field staff, and clinical leaders to keep care running smoothly
Problem-solve quickly when last-minute changes come up
Track details with accuracy so nothing falls through the cracks
Help create a positive experience for both caregivers and the clients they serve
