HealthRIGHT 360, a nonprofit organization and a family of programs, is committed to providing accessible and comprehensive healthcare services to vulnerable populations. Our mission is to tackle systemic barriers to healthcare and promote health equity for all. We offer a wide range of services, including mental health care, residential and outpatient substance use treatment, and primary health services. Additionally, we provide transitional support for individuals re-entering the community after involvement in the criminal justice system. By integrating physical and behavioral health, we empower individuals to overcome challenges by addressing social determinants of health, fostering resilience, and facilitating recovery. Our Outpatient Program located in downtown Los Angeles offers a range of rehabilitative evidence-based services that include substance use disorder treatment, relapse prevention, anger management, criminal additive thinking, social integration, dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, financial management, and social support systems. These services are delivered through assessments, treatment planning, individual counseling, crisis intervention, transitional planning, and linkage to community resources. This program serves male and female parolees from Los Angeles County. Participants are aligned in a step-down continuum from residential completion or outpatient only based on individual needs. The Care Coordinator is an integral part of an interdisciplinary team that supports our clients through assessment of their needs and strengths in support of their health and recovery. The Care Coordinator will perform counseling in individual and group settings, deliver curricula in accordance with program specific requirements and case management, and assist clients in navigating systems of care while providing a supportive treatment environment.
