Position Summary Care manager associate will support Case manager's team, complete monthly calls and assist with service coordination.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a clinical or social services setting.
• Microsoft Office use, such as Excel, Outlook, Teams, One Note, Word, PDF, etc.
• High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual
• 2–3 years of experience in healthcare coordination, case management support, or administrative roles in a may be accepted.

Responsibilities
