Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience in assisted living, memory care, or a similar setting.
- A compassionate and empathetic nature with a strong commitment to resident care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A desire to contribute to a culture of respect, joy, and support.
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Administering medications and monitoring residents' well-being as needed.
- Creating a safe and supportive environment for residents.
- Participating in and leading resident engagement activities to enrich their lives.
