About The Position

Care Team Leader - PACU 90% FTE, day/evening shift, Monday - Friday with hours between 7:00am - 8:00pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Care Team Leader (CTL) to: Serve as a role model and clinical resource for other team members. Work closely with the unit manager and other team members to establish goals to meet the needs of the patient, family and other care providers. Requirements

  • 2 years relevant nursing experience Required
  • Registered Nurse Required
  • Basic Life Support/CPR Required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or ability to obtain within 180 Days Required

Nice To Haves

  • Baccalaureate degree in nursing Preferred
  • 3 years age appropriate surgical services experience Preferred
  • 2 years prior leadership experience Preferred
  • National certification in relevant specialty Preferred
