Opportunity Awaits, Apply Today! – CAREAssist Case Worker (Program Analyst 1) (Bilingual in Spanish required) The Oregon Health Authority (OHA), Public Health Division (PHD), HIV, STD and TB Section is seeking multiple CAREAssist Case Worker (Program Analyst 1) to support individuals living with HIV in accessing essential medical care and treatment resources. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to clients and health professionals, deliver individualized care coordination, and ensure continuity of care through the AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP). Your work will help maintain access to life-saving HIV treatment and improve health outcomes for those we serve. The HIV, STD and TB Section is dedicated to early detection and response to public health concerns through surveillance, epidemiologic studies, intervention, education, and direct preventive action. Our programs serve all Oregonians and collaborate closely with local health departments, healthcare providers, community-based organizations, and other state agencies. Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a degree related to the agency program that demonstrates the capacity for the knowledge and skills OR Any combination of experience or education equivalent to three years technical-level experience that typically supports the knowledge and skill requirements listed for the classification.
  • Note: Relevant knowledge and experience may include work in program coordination, service delivery, or roles involving direct interaction with people and resource management.
  • Candidate must be bilingual in Spanish.
