About the position

The position is designed for students who are in the intermediate stage of their work experience, particularly those who have begun to gain relevant experience through internships, part-time jobs, or significant projects. This role is ideal for sophomores or juniors who have completed a combination of introductory and advanced coursework. The primary focus of this job is to provide coaching, encouragement, practical advice, and objective feedback to clients on applying concepts, skills, or strategies associated with their academic or professional discipline.

Responsibilities

• Explain the behavioral expectations of practitioners within a discipline or profession to clients
• Observe client mastery/practice of the skills, attitudes, and knowledge within a discipline or profession
• Offer suggestions or advice about improving client performance
• Perform other duties as assigned
