Requirements
- CNA/GNA certification or comparable caregiving experience
- A genuine passion for helping others, with empathy, patience, reliability, and strong communication skills
- CPR certification
- Negative TB test
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Supporting clients in their homes throughout Anne Arundel County
- Providing personal care, companionship, and help with daily routines
- Traveling locally to client homes for visits lasting 4-12 hours
- Building trust and consistency through reliable, compassionate care
