Caregiver (CNA/HCA) – $24-26/hr – Port Townsend Area

This role is best for caregivers who want consistent weekly hours and longer-term client relationships, not only occasional fill-in shifts. Pay and benefits $26 per hour Overtime at 1.5x Holiday pay (company-recognized holidays) Direct deposit Health insurance available for caregivers who consistently work 35+ hours/week Scheduling Part-time and full-time available 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts Work 10 to 40+ hours per week based on your availability and market needs Flexible scheduling Opportunities close to home Consistent clients whenever possible Supportive and responsive office team
Requirements
- Active HCA, CNA, or NAC certification
- Current TB test
- CPR certification
- Food Worker Card
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable communication and professionalism
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Meal prep and dietary support
- Medication reminders
- Mobility and fall-prevention support
- Light housekeeping
- Document care notes and communicate updates
