About The Position

One You Love Homecare is hiring Spanish-speaking Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs in the Winter Park area with weekend availability. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available immediately. We provide non-medical home care services that allow seniors to remain safe, independent, and respected in the comfort of their own homes. Our caregivers are the heart of everything we do. We are currently seeking compassionate bilingual caregivers who can communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and families. Weekend cases are available now. Requirements

  • Spanish speaking required (bilingual English/Spanish preferred)
  • Active CNA license or HHA certificate required
  • Experience in home care, senior care, or dementia care preferred
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if providing transportation)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Must pass Level 2 background screening through the Florida Background Clearinghouse
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to assist with mobility and transfers
  • Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home care, senior care, or dementia care preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with personal care, mobility, and activities of daily living
  • Support clients with dementia or memory care needs
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding
  • Provide transportation as assigned
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry
  • Remind clients to take medications
  • Monitor client condition and report changes
  • Follow care plans and infection control guidelines
  • Document care accurately and clock in/out properly
