Positions Available Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Home Health Aide (HHA) Schedule Options Full-Time & Part-Time Available Expected hours: 16–40 per week Rotating weekends required Flexible shifts ranging from 60 minutes to 12 hours Minimum hour requirement applies
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance and reliable transportation
- Clean drug screen
- Comprehensive background check
- Current work visa if applicable
- Minimum 6 months of verifiable caregiving experience
Nice To Haves
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
- Medication administration certification
Responsibilities
- Bathing and personal hygiene assistance
- Mobility support and safe transfers
- Monitoring and recording vital signs
- Communicating with the clinical team and reporting changes in condition
- Transportation to appointments and errands (mileage reimbursed at $1 per mile when using personal vehicle)
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Accurate and objective shift documentation
- Presenting medications under the direction of an RN
- Providing compassionate care and emotional support
- Advocating for clients and communicating care plan needs
- Catheter care and oxygen care
- Supporting clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s (experience required)
- Attending monthly caregiver meetings
- Companion care and social engagement
