We are currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Caregivers with a special focus on our Morning 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)! The Role: Your Essential Contribution (1st Shift) As a 1st Shift Caregiver, you will be the friendly face assisting our residents with their vital morning routines, providing care with integrity and a positive attitude. Requirements

• Must be willing and able to pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug test
• Must be able to work every other Saturday & Sunday (required for consistency of care).
• Dependability, punctuality, and reliable transportation are a must.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with morning hygiene routines, including bathing, dressing, toileting, shaving, etc.
• Safely transfer, assist, or lift residents.
• Help residents get to and from the dining room and morning activities.
• Answer call lights promptly, serve resident breakfast, and report any identified changes in medical condition to the supervisor.
• Perform light housekeeping, change linens, and manage residents' personal laundry.
