Encouraging Independence - Join members on walks, shopping trips, or community outings, helping them connect with the world around them. Building Life Skills - Teach and model everyday skills like cooking, managing money, and understanding social cues - empowering members to grow and thrive. Keeping Things on Track - Follow care plans, offer medication reminders, and document progress so our team can celebrate every milestone together. 🌻 Compassionate care for all ages is what we provide - making a difference on purpose is what we do!

Requirements

18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience
CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified
Own a smartphone
Legal U.S. work authorization and background check
Driver’s license and insurance for some roles
