Requirements

State ID or Driver's License
Birth Certificate
2 years Proof of PA Residency
Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Monitor and observe client conditions, reporting any changes promptly
Medication reminders
Provide memory care support for clients with Alzheimer’s or dementia
Document care accurately using EMR/EHR systems
Prepare meals and support nutritional needs
Perform light housekeeping such as cleaning and laundry
Safely operate equipment like Hoyer lifts
Maintain HIPAA compliance
Collaborate with healthcare professionals
Offer companionship and emotional support
