About The Position
Nurturing Nurses HomeCare, located in Hendersonville, NC, is seeking experienced caregivers to support weekly non‑medical care shifts. The organization provides high‑quality care for individuals of all ages. All prospective team members are required to successfully complete background and drug screenings. We offer part‑time and full‑time caregiver positions with competitive compensation. Qualified candidates will demonstrate prior caregiving experience, reliability, compassion, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide professional references. Reliable transportation and the successful completion of a background check are mandatory. Shifts: Positions include 24 hours of weekly client care.
Requirements
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility
- Proficiency in basic health assessments and vital‑sign monitoring
- Compassionate demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- Successful completion of a background check
