Requirements

  • Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required — we provide paid training
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and pass a competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
  • Honest, dependable, and caring personality with a passion for being a dedicated Caregiver
  • Must have a reliable car
  • Must carry active auto insurance
  • Must have a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, and medication reminders
  • Deliver high‑quality Caregiver assistance in clients’ homes with varying shifts and care needs
