Requirements
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required — we provide paid training
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and pass a competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Honest, dependable, and caring personality with a passion for being a dedicated Caregiver
- Must have a reliable car
- Must carry active auto insurance
- Must have a valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, and medication reminders
- Deliver high‑quality Caregiver assistance in clients’ homes with varying shifts and care needs
