We invite you to join us in our vision of “Making Lives Better!” Essential duties and responsibilities of the Caregiver: Staff will maintain ethical and professional communications at all times using respectful Trauma-Informed Care language The Caregiver performs direct care for persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in a residential setting for male or female residents The Caregiver is responsible for training, transporting, preparation of meals, feeding, bathing, toileting, medication administration and maintaining a safe and clean environment for the residents, and other duties associated with daily living Adheres to TPC Business Code of Conduct and reports concerns if ethical and/or business standards defined in the code are compromised
