About The Position

Right at Home, In-Home Care & Assistance – Is seeking a friendly and compassionate Caregiver
with a flexible availability to assist our clients, within the Inland Empire area. We are hiring caregivers &
Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our team. That special quality
you have to care for others is what we are looking for.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HCA # (obtained via registration with the State of California).
• Reliable transportation.
• Current TB Test.
• A willingness to work flexible hours, which may include weekends, night shifts and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care Assistance: bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments.
• Ensuring the clients home is organized according to their needs and safety measures.
• Provide support and motivation to perform daily tasks.
• Provide mobility assistance: bed, chair, or a wheelchair.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in health and needs.
• Ensure clients rights adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
