Requirements

  • A compassionate, dependable caregiver who truly enjoys helping others
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to follow care plans and maintain a respectful, resident-first approach

Nice To Haves

  • Previous caregiving or assisted living experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Providing companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
  • Supporting residents in maintaining dignity, comfort, and independence
  • Observing and reporting changes in residents’ needs or condition
  • Working collaboratively with the care team to deliver high-quality service
