About The Position

At Always Best Care , we provide compassionate, high-quality in-home care for seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily living activities. With a strong focus on personal care, safety, and dignity, we are proud to be a trusted provider in the Greater Houston area . We are expanding our team and seeking dedicated caregivers to provide care for a married couple client in Humble, TX (77346) . This position is for day shifts, Monday through Friday , usually between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM , and involves providing basic care and companionship . This is a wonderful opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors who need reliable day-to-day support.

Requirements

Prior experience working as a caregiver, preferably in a senior care setting.
Must be comfortable driving clients using their vehicle .
Ability to pass a background check and reference check.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy, patience, and compassion toward elderly clients.

Nice To Haves

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Follow a care plan outlined by a supervisor to provide basic daily living assistance , including medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.
Provide care and support to a married couple in their home .
Monitor and track client well-being and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with errands, appointments, and transportation, including driving the clients to appointments using the client’s vehicle .
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on client care and activities.
Follow all safety and infection control protocols.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure quality care.
