About The Position

Are you an experienced Caregiver, PCA, or Home Health Aide looking for steady hours and a team that truly supports you? We are actively hiring caregivers in Albemarle County and Charlottesville to provide one-on-one in-home care for local seniors. If you’re looking for morning shifts, afternoon hours, or weekend work , we have schedules available now. Short shifts or longer days Weekday and weekend options Consistent hours available Caregiving is more than a job here—it’s work that truly matters.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
• Smartphone with GPS
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to travel up to 30 minutes to a client

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal prep
• Mobility support and transfers
• Support clients with dementia or chronic conditions
