About The Position
URGENTLY HIRING CAREGIVER FOR MAGNOLIA LOCATION - that will provide the following services to a client: SCHEULED HOURS: 19.5 HOURS, 5 DAYS A WEEK MONDAY-FRIDAY Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Basic laundry Shopping and running errands Prescription medical management Help with personal hygiene and care Assisting with meals and nutrition Help with mobility Home maintenance and basic housekeeping Keeping them company Reporting and monitoring the patients’ health changes Other Responsibilties may include: Communication: Maintaining clear communication with the individual, their family and other health care professionals. Documentation: Keeping accuarte records of care provided and any changes in the individuals condition. Safety: Ensuring a safe and comfortable living enviroment.
