Requirements

Certified Home Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but not required
We pay for your HCA training if you are new to caregiving
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Ability to pass: Written competency evaluation
Drug screen
Nationwide background check
Honest, reliable, energetic, and caring
A genuine passion for helping seniors and individuals who need support at home

Responsibilities

Provide personal care services such as: Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance
Assist with daily living and household tasks: Light housework and laundry
Meal preparation and feeding assistance
Medication reminders
Offer companionship and emotional support: Conversation, supervision, and social engagement
Accompaniment to appointments or errands (as needed)
Work primarily in clients’ homes, with varying shift times and activities based on client needs
